Ingredients:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts optional, for extra crunch
Instructions:
Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth
In another bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, crushed pretzels, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined
Add the optional unsalted peanuts to the peanut butter mixture for extra crunch if desired
Using a mini muffin tin or silicone mold, spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cavity, spreading it up the sides to create a chocolate cup
Place the chocolate-filled mold in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set
Once the chocolate has set, remove the mold from the freezer and carefully spoon the peanut butter-pretzel mixture into each chocolate cup
Top each bite with a drizzle of the remaining melted chocolate to seal the peanut butter mixture inside
Return the mold to the freezer and let it set for another 10-15 minutes
Once fully set, gently pop the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites out of the mold
Serve and enjoy
