A comforting and flavorful goulash made in the Ninja Foodi, perfect for a gluten-free meal. Loaded with ground beef, vegetables, and gluten-free pasta, this dish is hearty and satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can 14
- 5 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
- 2 cups gluten-free beef broth
- 2 cups gluten-free elbow pasta
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Set Ninja Foodi to Sear/Saut function and add olive oil
Add ground beef, onion, and garlic
Cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent
Add bell pepper, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper
Stir to combine
Add gluten-free elbow pasta, ensuring its submerged in the liquid
Close lid and set Ninja Foodi to Pressure Cook function for 5 minutes
Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure
Carefully open the lid and stir the goulash
Serve hot and enjoy
