Ingredients:
- 4 pounds pork shoulder roast
- 2 tablespoons Hawaiian sea salt
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
- 10 ti leaves, cleaned
Instructions:
Put Hawaiian sea salt and liquid smoke flavoring on the pork shoulder and rub it in
Ti leaves can be used to wrap pork
