Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup silken tofu
- 1/4 cup vegan yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1/4 cup aquafaba liquid from canned chickpeas
Instructions:
For flaxseed: Mix 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 2
5 tbsp water
Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken before using
For applesauce: Replace each egg with 1/4 cup applesauce
For mashed banana: Replace each egg with 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana
For silken tofu: Blend 1/4 cup silken tofu until smooth, then use in place of each egg
For vegan yogurt: Substitute 1/4 cup vegan yogurt for each egg
For soy milk: Replace each egg with 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
