Ingredients:
- 1 block tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Set oven temperature to 400F 200C
Combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and sriracha sauce in a bowl
Make a slurry by combining cornstarch and water in a separate small bowl
Coat the cubed tofu thoroughly by tossing it in the sriracha mixture
Tofu should be baked for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is crispy, turning it halfway through, on a baking sheet that has been lined
The remaining Sriracha mixture should be heated over medium heat in a small saucepan
After adding the cornstarch slurry, cook for two to three minutes, or until thickened
Drizzle the thickened Sriracha sauce over the tofu once its done
Before serving, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds
