Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish optional
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Put vegan butter in a small saucepan and melt it over low heat
Add the garlic powder and curry powder and mix well
Spread the curry butter mixture out on each ear of corn by brushing it on
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put the corn on the grill and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes, turning it over every so often, until the kernels are soft and slightly charred
