Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the dry rub
Rub the dry rub mixture evenly over the pork tenderloins, covering all sides
In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Sear the pork tenderloins on all sides until browned
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing
Slice and serve the pork tenderloin with your favorite sides
